In his expanded role, Eric will advance the commercial department by providing enhanced property management support to agents and clients, strengthening lease administration, tenant management, and operational oversight across the company’s portfolio.
Eric manages more than 30 commercial properties across the Grand Strand and maintains relationships with over 200 tenants. He oversees daily operations, tenant relations, lease compliance, renewals and escalations, TICAM administration, billing accuracy, and vendor coordination. His structured, accountability-driven approach ensures operational efficiency and financial clarity for property owners.
As a commercial property owner himself, Eric brings an ownership mindset to every asset he manages, prioritizing value protection, risk mitigation, and long-term performance. He works across office, retail, flex, and industrial assets, partnering closely with owners, brokers, and vendors to ensure consistent, proactive oversight.
Through this promotion, Eric will provide dedicated lease and property management support to commercial agents, allowing them to focus on brokerage and business development while ensuring assets receive organized, professional management.
